"Called to have my locks rekeyed and he showed up, explained the process, told me pros and cons of using my current doorknobs (super cheap ones installed by a real estate agency). He ended up installing brand new doorknobs and locks and custom fitting each one to my door so they close perfectly and effortlessly! He even explained how I could remove them when I replace one of the doors. I got all my locks replaced while also getting a an education on how to care for them and my home. Very nice guy and super helpful (and the price was totally worth it!)!"
